Terms and Conditions

1. Courses are provided for individual personal use only.
2. The sharing of logins and passwords is prohibited, will be detected by the system, and will result in cancellation of your subscription.
3. Prepare4RANZCP offers no guarantee regarding your exam performance. Our courses are tools to help you prepare.
4. Prepare4RANZCP relies on internet connectivity and hosting and we cannot be held responsible for unanticipated outages outside of our control. Any faults are immediately reported and service is restored as soon as possible.
5. All content is copyright Prepare4RANZCP and may not be reproduced in any form.
6. Prepare4RANZCP is a subscription service. Subscriptions are for a specific course and last from the time that your payment clears until 1 day after the sitting of the College exam for which the Course is published.
7. Subscriptions are not transferable and must not be shared between users.

Refunds Policy

1. If, within the first 7 days of a subscription, you decide that the Course is not suitable for you, or you change your mind for any reason, and there are more than 14 days until the exam, simply contact ben@prepare4ranzcp.com and you will receive a full refund. Refunds are paid as a bank tranfer
2. After 7 days partial refunds are available.
   
3. More than 60 days from the exam there will be a 75% refund
4. Between 30 and 60 days from the exam there will be a 30% refund
5. Less than 30 days from the exam there will be a 10% refund
6. No refunds are possible after the date of the exam.
